      <image:title>About - About me: Experience 40 years as a parent to 3 exceptional, adult children (born 1983, 1985, 1990). 3 grandchildren 2018, 2019, 2023 Registered Childminder since 1994. ‘Outstanding’ last 3 Ofsted inspections 2011, 2016, 2022 Working as a Childminder with 35+ families gaining thousands of hours knowledge, experience and practice. I have used all the strategies I know over the years to help other peoples’ babies/children adjust to sleeping in a different environment, using a variety of techniques. It is important to note that all babies/children are individuals and it was often trial and error for what worked for each one. Familiar with the effects of insomnia ( I was an insomniac for 3 + years) and sleep issues with my own children. My new venture as a Sleep Consultant has inspired me in everything SLEEP related. It is an absolutely absorbing subject and I get such a great feeling helping families with their little ones.
