Hi, my name is Wendy Hutt, if you have found my Webpage, you are likely to be thinking about your little one’s sleeping difficulties. No doubt you have tried different ways to address this and had countless advice from family and friends. However, perhaps by now you are completely sleep deprived, ‘pulling your hair out’ and at the end of your tether.

  • Sleep deprivation has short and long term consequences to all your family’s health and wellbeing - emotionally, physically and mentally.

My aim is to empower parents to help their child fall asleep independently or stay in bed and fall asleep without distress and emotional storms.

Often, it is not one issue- sleep but many parts of a jigsaw. I find it beneficial to take a holistic approach for babies/children and look at feeding, diet, exercise, sleep environment, temperament, personality, behavioural issues, developmental stage, medical issues, and bedtime routine.

  • There are many different approaches that may help your little one with their sleeping needs.

  • They are all individuals, with different family situations and dynamics.

  • It is about finding strategies that will work and be best suited for your particular family.

  • Behaviour Management - I also offer practical advice and solutions for behavioural issues that may arise in young children. As I said previously, it’s often several issues that are at play and they can be contributing to the sleeping issues. I’ll show you how to adapt challenging behaviours, teaching your child how to manage their strong emotions & feelings

  • Childcare Consultancy - for many years I co-ordinated a vacancy list of local Childminders and was the first point of contact for many new parents looking into their Childcare options. I have invaluable advice to help parents in their search into the myriad of Childcare options available nowadays.
